Bop Skizzum is incredibly proud to represent the amazing Colorado Music Scene in the Hard Rock Rising Competition! Over 12,000 bands entered the contest, following an online vote & several rounds of live ‘battles’ in 96 cities around the world, Denver’s own Bop Skizzum has won the Denver competition & will be representing Colorado against 95 other finalists from around the globe.

From April 22-30, fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite band, while downloading free tracks from any competing band of their choice from around the world. The top 25 bands (determined by total votes) will move on to the final round, where a panel of music industry professionals will evaluate the bands and select the three finalists. The Grand Prize winner will play on the main stage of this summer’s Hard Rock Calling Festival in London, featuring Bruce Springsteen, Alabama Shakes, Black Crowes, Paul Weller, Zac Brown Band & many more (for a full performance line-up, go to http://www.hardrockcalling.co.uk/line-up) on June 29 & 30th. Then onto a World Tour, arranged by Hard Rock International, in Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Chicago & Honolulu; the band then records an album and music video as part of Hard Rock Records’ mentoring program.
