Why You Should Go: A raging juggernaut of gritty testosterone fueled southern jam rock, Widespread Panic has clawed their way up through the small dive bars and clubs of the Southeast to become one of the most successful touring bands in the country, routinely filling arenas and amphitheaters with throngs of rabid fans. More than 25 years into their career, the band is still going strong and they are showing their love for Colorado yet again with a three night stand at the 1stBank Center that includes the venerable Jamband holiday – Halloween! While the band is known for holding the record for most consecutive sold-out shows at Red Rocks with 45, seeing them indoors is something just as special and shouldn’t be missed.
