Known for captivating crowds with his exceptional guitar performances and enthusiasm, John Hiatt is called “…one of rock’s most astute singer-songwriters of the last 40 years” by the Los Angeles Times, and continues to write brilliant character studies, with entertaining story lines, cunning lyrics and wry humor. Hiatt’s new album, “Terms of My Surrender” will be released July 15, 2015. It’s completely a band effort featuring his current group, which he calls simply the Combo, a tight-yet-loose unit from years together on the road —Doug Lancio on guitars, banjo and mandolin, Nathan Gehri on bass, Kenneth Blevins on drums, with keyboards from John Coleman on some of the tracks.

Composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and nine time Grammy nominee Taj Mahal is one of the most prominent and influential figures in late 20th century blues and roots music. His career began more than four decades ago with American blues – his early albums showing signs of the musical exploration that would become his hallmark – before his artistic scope began broadening to include music representing virtually every corner of the world, from West Africa and the Caribbean, to Latin America and the Hawaiian Islands.

Nate Todd

Nate Todd was born on the central plains of Nebraska, but grew up on the high plains of the Texas panhandle. With not much to do in either place, music was his constant companion. His parents dubbed the first two albums he ever owned onto a tape for him. Side A was Bert and Ernie’s Sing Along. Side B was Sgt. Peppers. His lifelong love affair with music started early as he practically grew up in a Rock & Roll band, with his father and uncle often taking him out on the road or into the studio with them. Nate began performing live at sixteen and hasn’t looked back, having played in numerous bands from L.A. to Austin. At the age of twenty he was bitten by the writing bug, and upon moving to Denver decided to pursue a degree from Metropolitan State University where he recently graduated with a B.A. in English and a minor in Cinema Studies.
