PAPADOSIO—a “must-see act” on the touring and festivals circuits hailed as a “tour-de-force” by THATDROP.COM (7/10/15)—is gearing up for the release of their next studio album EXTRAS IN A MOVIE and an extensive two-month coast-to-coast headlining tour “Extras In A Movie – Act I” that will be stopping locally in BOULDER on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2 and SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 at the BOULDER THEATER to officially celebrate the album’s release.

“Never before have we kept so much new material a secret,” the band shares. “Extras In A Movie is as diverse as it is, and at the same time closer to home than ever before.” EXTRAS IN A MOVIE, the band’s fourth full-length studio album to be self-released on Friday, October 2, features 16 never-before-heard tracks, written, recorded and produced by the band themselves, thanks in large part to their devoted fanbase and a successfully funded Kickstarter campaign. This new highly anticipated collection follows the 2012 critically acclaimed double-album release To End The Illusion Of Separation.

Nate Todd

Nate Todd was born on the central plains of Nebraska, but grew up on the high plains of the Texas panhandle. With not much to do in either place, music was his constant companion. His parents dubbed the first two albums he ever owned onto a tape for him. Side A was Bert and Ernie’s Sing Along. Side B was Sgt. Peppers. His lifelong love affair with music started early as he practically grew up in a Rock & Roll band, with his father and uncle often taking him out on the road or into the studio with them. Nate began performing live at sixteen and hasn’t looked back, having played in numerous bands from L.A. to Austin. At the age of twenty he was bitten by the writing bug, and upon moving to Denver decided to pursue a degree from Metropolitan State University where he recently graduated with a B.A. in English and a minor in Cinema Studies.
