Why You Should Go: Currently, The Werks and Twiddle are both wrapping up gigantic 2015 festival runs.  In addition to stellar performances at Camp Bisco and Summer Camp, The Werks Summer was highlighted by the 6th Anniversary of their own event, The Werk Out, which drew 4000 fans to Ohio for 5 sets of The Werks as well as performances by Umphrey’s McGee, Lettuce, Papadosio and more.  Twiddle, too, had a landmark Summer, making impressive debuts at both Bonnaroo and the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre.  Building on their respective momentum, Twiddle and The Werks are thrilled to announce a 30 date co-headlining tour, spanning much of the continental United States. Twiddle and The Werks descend on Colorado this weekend, Friday at The Aggie Theatre and Saturday at The Boulder Theater.

Both bands will be touring to promote their upcoming new albums.  The Werks newest effort, dubbed Inside A Dream, will be perfectly eclectic, with songs ranging from rock, funk, and electronica to singer/songwriter and dance music.  Inside A Dream drops November 20th. PLUMP is Twiddle’s anticipated double disc studio production and is slated for a month long release celebration in December. PLUMP seeks to be Twiddle’s most impressive musical expression to date.

Nate Todd

Nate Todd was born on the central plains of Nebraska, but grew up on the high plains of the Texas panhandle. With not much to do in either place, music was his constant companion. His parents dubbed the first two albums he ever owned onto a tape for him. Side A was Bert and Ernie’s Sing Along. Side B was Sgt. Peppers. His lifelong love affair with music started early as he practically grew up in a Rock & Roll band, with his father and uncle often taking him out on the road or into the studio with them. Nate began performing live at sixteen and hasn’t looked back, having played in numerous bands from L.A. to Austin. At the age of twenty he was bitten by the writing bug, and upon moving to Denver decided to pursue a degree from Metropolitan State University where he recently graduated with a B.A. in English and a minor in Cinema Studies.
