J2G Live is proud to announce the return of its most popular show, Dance Party Time Machine, in 2018. Get in on the action on Saturday, March 24th, at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, Colorado, as they take fans on a journey through the greatest dance party hits of all time. From rock ‘n’ roll’s roots to classic soul and R&B, to disco, funk, 80’s pop, 90’s hip-hop, and the club bangers of today, nothing is out of reach of the Dance Party Time Machine.
This year, with the help of BWGS and Key 2 Life, J2G Live welcomes Marc Brownstein, Aron Magner, and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits and Mike Greenfield of Lotus back to captain the ship. We are also excited to announce first-time DPTM time travelers Vulfpeck’s Cory Wong and Thievery Corporation’s Jeff Franca will be joining in on the fun. Alongside these heavy-hitting headliners are some of Colorado’s most beloved artists, including members of Analog Son, YAMN, Fox Street, The Magic Beans, Tiger Party, SuCH, Other Worlds, Mlima, and more. With over 30 musicians coming together for this one-of-a-kind collaboration and some big names still to be announced, it’s safe to say 2018 will see the best Dance Party Time Machine yet.
