Details are still coming to light, but a AEG and Pretty Lights has confirmed that the Pretty Lights New Years Eve Spectacular will take place over the course of two nights at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield. Ticket prices are relatively reasonable and will be available via a fan presale on Monday the 10th and the general public will have access on Friday the 14th.
On the Pretty Lights Facebook page Derek Vincent Smith (aka Pretty Lights) announced the shows with the following post. “Four years ago I played an after party show on NYE in a bowling alley in Fort Collins, CO to about 100 people. Since then, the new electronic music scene has exploded across the entire country and I’ve produced and toured almost endlessly. It’s all built up to this two night run at the 1st Bank Center in CO for New Years Eve 2011 where I will pull out all the stops in creating my vision of the ultimate PL party. Porter Robinson & SuperVision 12/30 – Zedd & Paul Basic 12/31 Who knows? This could be our last, it’s time to go fucking BIG big.”
