Jane’s Addiction – November 19th – Ogden Theatre

The Ogden marquee was lit up in glory Wednesday night when Jane’s Addiction brought various generations of rock fans out to the relatively intimate room. The venue filled up quickly with Gen X and Y’ers fiercely holding their ground in their chosen spot. The 90’s had a plethora of alternative rock bands, many failing to stay relevant and continue touring but with the arrival of one of the most popular, Perry Farrell devotees were out in force. The crowd had lived through the days of flannel and Nirvana and were ready for a flashback.

Stone Sour – February 3rd – Ogden Theatre

The energy was palpable in The Ogden Theatre last Monday when the lights went down. It was clear that the cold temps didn’t stop 20 and 30 somethings from all walks of life from showing up to show their support for the hard charging alternative metal band Stone Sour and their “House of Gold and Bones Tour – Part 2.” People used their fingers to form devil horns and raised them high and proud in the air as the energized audience was almost foaming at the mouth and ready to rock!

Rockstar Uproar Festival – September 1st – Fiddler’s Green

With 3 stages, 11 bands, and 79 degree high temps, progressive rockers of all ages came out to Englewood’s Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre on Sunday for a comfortable night of non-stop live music at the annual Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival. Co-headliner Jane’s Addiction played a beautiful hour long set that featured many of their older songs and really had the crowd mesmerized. Keep your eyes and ears open so you don’t miss next years 5th installment of the Uproar Festival, it’s a real blast!
