Summerland Tour (Spacehog, Eve 6, Soul Asylum, & Everclear) – July 31st – Ogden Theatre
Last Thursday attendees of the Summerland at Denver’s Ogden Theatre were treated to a taste of the ’90s; the throw-back show enrolled a handful the decade’s great Alternative Rock names, including Soul Asylum, Everclear, Eve 6 and Spacehog. Each band gave swift and solid performances, offering fans an array of their hits and a brisk jaunt down memory lane.
Everclear – November 11th – The Ogden Theatre
On Sunday night at The Ogden, Everclear played hit after hit including radio favorites like, “Everything to Everyone,” “AM Radio,” “Santa Monica,” and “Wonderful” to a packed house of 30 and 40 year olds who had braved the cold night air. Everclear’s music is truly timeless and distinctive sounding. All of their hits and deeper cuts sounded, and felt, like they could have been written yesterday. They have that alternative edge with a Pop-Punk infused upbeat delivery and it’s infectious.
