Gramatik – June 17th – Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Gramatik returned to Red Rocks Amphitheater with Hippy Sabotage, Sweater Beats, The Geek X Vrv and ProbCause for a thrilling Friday night affair. After last year’s ‘Blizzmatik’ event in which wet snow hammered fans and performers throughout the night, fans flocked to the sold-out rerun at Red Rocks on Friday night. This time around the weather was benign and the young-colorful crowd gathered in the parking lot before the show to laugh about last years’ fun and enjoy the sunset.

Gramatik returns to Colorado for a headline performance at Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre on Friday, June 17. The Global Dance Festival has undergone a transformation in recent years and now occupies a yearly and much anticipated spot on the Red Rocks calendar. With three days of high quality production and intense sound, Global has become one of the premier electronic festivals in the United States. This year, Triad Dragons Entertainment went with a more diverse sound and recruited a lineup that included: Ott, Emancipator, Beats Antique, Griz, Gramatik, Papadosio and Sander van Doorn.

Pretty Lights – August 13th – Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Saturday night marked the return of one of Colorado’s favorite producers and electronic music artists to the Red Rocks Amphitheater. Derek Vincent Smith, better known as Pretty Lights, is a native of the Front Range and never fails to bring out a massive crowd of vibrant color wearing, glow stick tossing, beat enthusiasts to his shows. Smith has come so far in such a short amount of time and after Saturday night, I can only imagine what he has in store for the future.
