Turn Over The Keys – May 28th – Boettcher Concert Hall

Last Thursday provided an unique opportunity to see local artists collaborate with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra during a performance titled “Turn Over The Keys.” It was a change in both scenery and sonic shape for fans of the four talented artists who played along with 26 equally talented string players. Collaborators were a handful of well known local artists – Ian Cooke, Land Lines, Jay Clifford, and Megan Burtt.

“Raise The Roof” Block Party – June 14th – Lowenstein Complex

On June 14th The Denver Film Society gathered hundreds of people on their rooftop for a neighborhood block party called “Raise The Roof.” This first event will be followed by two more during the summer, and we already can’t wait for July’s “Raise the Roof” event. A true neighborhood block party brings the community together! There is room for tons more folks up on the top of that parking structure, so gather your friends and neighbors, and get up to the roof in July!
