North Mississippi Allstars – November 12th – The Bluebird Theatre
North Mississippi Allstars descended on The Bluebird on Sunday for the second of two shows and brought with them a hefty dose of their heavy, rocking, thick, and intoxicating blues. Blues that makes you taste Sweet Tea and fried Okra as you as you imagine Cicadas singing on a balmy night. The fact that the screen behind the stage was cycling through images of flames, churches, and shots of the south made the night an even more gripping and spiritual experience.
