The Disco Biscuits – June 1st – The Ogden Theatre

A sold-out crowd was fired up and ready to go last Thursday night at The Ogden Theatre for Trancefusion-Rock pioneers, The Disco Biscuits. Anticipation levels were extremely high heading into this Bisco Inferno run and the band did not disappoint. Undeterred by the heat and sweat that comes with a sold out show in June at The Ogden, TDB fans were treated to an epic performance that easily ranks among the best in recent memory for the band.

Disco Biscuits – April 17th – Red Rocks

After two rowdy nights of Bisco madness at The Ogden the thoughts for many shifted from setlists to weather reports. With cold temperatures, rain, and even snow threatening things at Red Rocks for a collaboration between The Disco Biscuits, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart of The Grateful Dead, fans of both bands wondered exactly what was going to happen up there? Despite the weather not cooperating, fans bundled up and brought the energy level through the roof as they were treated to a night of music nobody will soon forget.

Disco Biscuits – April 16th – Ogden Theatre

After a show of bust outs and rarities, night two at The Ogden found a lot of people focused on what was happening outside of the theater. With Denver’s unpredictable springtime weather delivering a nasty mix of sleet, snow, and rain, many were more worried about Friday’s Red Rocks show with Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann of The Grateful Dead being cancelled, moved, or unbearable to attend. Thankfully the band quickly put an end to any outside thoughts, opening the show with the beautiful “Once The Fiddler Paid.”

Disco Biscuits – April 15th – Ogden Theatre

Heading into this four night run of Disco Biscuit shows, rumors were swirling (and later confirmed) that heavy practice hours were being logged both back in Philadelphia and out here in Colorado. This led fans to be optimistic that the band would not show the signs of rust that has traditionally accompanied them the first nights of recent runs. These dreams were realized right from the get-go as the Philly based quartet kicked off their four night run in style with an above average show on Wednesday night.
