Primus – May 7th – Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Estimated read time 3 min read

The list of bands that can pull off a full length remake of the Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory soundtrack is a short one. Very short. And it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Primus is the band that did it, releasing Primus & The Chocolate Factory with The Fungi Ensemble last October. Estimated read time 11 min read

Garage A Trois – December 17th – Cervantes’ Ballroom

Estimated read time 1 min read

Saturday night saw the return of Jam supergroup Garage A Trois to Denver’s Cervantes’ Ballroom. Featuring Stanton Moore on Drums, Skerik on the Sax, Mike Dillon on Percussion, and relative newbie Marco Benevento on Keys, the night featured some seriously psychedelic instrumentals the drew influence from Jazz, Rock, Funk and even a little metal. By all accounts it was a crazy night in Five Points and Ben Wilson was there to capture the night in photos for us.
