Beanstalk Music and Arts Festival – June 12-14 – State Bridge

Estimated read time 4 min read

The Second Annual Beanstalk Music and Arts Festival took over State Bridge this past weekend in beautiful Bond, CO. Youths in dreads mingled with bearded older folks, while bright-eyed flower children rubbed shoulders with the tenured hippie chicks. Music brings these crews together and they couldn’t be happier.

It had all the hallmarks of a crazy night and lived up to the billing!

LoHi Music Festival – August 4th – LoHi Neighborhood, Denver

Estimated read time 3 min read

Last Saturday, the LoHi Music Festival was held on 32nd Avenue in the heart of the LoHi neighborhood in Denver. The event was a smashing success by all measures, and judging by the smiles on the faces of music lovers everywhere I looked, it was well received by all who attended. This was the second year for the event and, wow did it grow fast! There were people as far as the eye could see from the main stage looking west on 32nd Avenue by the time Particle hit the stage with Michael Kang of The String Cheese Incident around six thirty.
