String Cheese Incident – July 15th & 16th – Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Good vibes dominated the scene when String Cheese Incident returned to their home court at Red Rocks last weekend for a three night stand. Kind souls with smiling faces abounded, some were decked out in their best Steam Punk attire, others in fairy wings, and still others in sequined capes. It’s was a carnival for the senses and while the music from the headliners was a little uneven, openers Kamasi Washington and Tauk were incredible.

Umphrey’s McGee returns to Colorado this summer to headline the one and only Red Rocks Amphitheatre for the sixth consecutive year, celebrating Independence Day weekend on Friday, July 3. In addition, Umphrey’s McGee will perform an intimate pre-Red Rocks show at the Boulder Theater on Thursday July 2.
