The Grizzly Rose was packed last Friday night with cowboys and a handful of city slickers as Charlie Daniels Band lit the place up with blood pumping songs and lightning fast fiddle playing. From newer tunes like “Redneck Fiddlin’ Man” to a great cover of the Johnny Cash classic “Folsom Prison Blues” to his own entry into the Great American Songbook “The Devil Went Down To Georgia” Daniels and his band showed they haven’t slowed much over 50 years of playing music.
