“Forever Highway” is the second single off Boulder Colorado’s The Drunken Hearts new album, Reckless Ways of Living that drops June 2nd (Pre-Save Album Here). The track (Pre-Save Here) features some mainstays of the scene including Lindsay Lou, Kyle Tuttle, Vince Herman, and Silas Herman.
WinterWonderGrass is back! After being forced to take 2021 off due to the risks associated with COVID-19, it was a joyous celebration in the mountains when the crown jewel of Colorado’s winter festival season event kicked off on Friday.
The Drunken Hearts are by their own reckoning a deeply Colorado band, and their sound is further evidence that the six-piece band comes from the high country. It’s a rock vibe imbued with country soul. The Drunken hearts will be supported Thursday night at The Bluebird Theater by fellow Colorado bands Mama Magnolia and Cold River City making this a night of Colorado music you don’t want to miss!

It wasn’t too long ago that the seedy remnants of a smut shack were re-imagined into an entertainment complex with music, arcade games, and some of the better super-jams in the Denver area. Last Thursday set a new bar for the venue when they sold-out the most recent edition of Roosevelt Collier’s “Colorado Get Down.” This time around Collier welcomed Dave Watts, Garrett Sayers, Joey Porter and Billy Nershi to the stage along with several surprise guests who added some color to an already stellar line-up of talent.
