Lotus – October 31st – Fillmore Auditorium

Lotus and Late Night Radio brought a fiercely funky mood to the Fillmore Auditorium for the sold-out “Dead Man’s Party” on Halloween. The line to enter the venue meandered around the block and it took more than a few anxious minutes for the masses get inside. The desperation was highly evident as hoards of zombies showed up seeking entrance to the labyrinth without tickets. Once inside the packed barn the atmosphere was vibrant. Donning an animal mask and dancing in neon lights can only be this special on Halloween night.

Reel Big Fish “Summer of Ska!” – July 19th – The Ogden Theatre

The heat of summer in Denver is a magical time and place to be. It always conjures up memories of friends and family gathering to sip beers and toss Frisbees while taking in the beautiful sunshine of a late July afternoon. Another tradition that has always screamed summer to us is the the seemingly annual Reel Big Fish show. This year’s Summer of Ska! Tour featuring The Maxies, Suburban Legends, Big D & The Kids Table, and Reel Big Fish, did not disappoint.

Streetlight Manifesto & Reel Big Fish – December 10th – The Fox Theatre

The Fox Theatre has the potential to become very reminiscent of a sardine can when it’s sold out and that potential was met this past Saturday night when third wave Ska giants Reel Big Fish and Streetlight Manifesto came into town with their one-of-a-kind show. Old punk rockers and youngsters in checkered suspenders filed in early to find a spot before Reel Big Fish took the stage, but it was Streetlight Manifesto that stole the show!

Ska Brewing Company Celebrates 16 Years With A Day Long Party!

His Fishbone t-shirt was mud spattered from his morning mountain biking escapades, his hand held a cold pint, fresh from his tasting room tap, and the sound-check for the Ska Brewing 16th Anniversary Concert was in full swing.
