John Fullbright & Bahamas – July 18th – eTown Hall

The basement of a sold-out eTown Hall was packed with small groups of music fans chatting, drinking beer and eating snacks prior to last week’s taping of the eTown radio show that featured John Fullbright and Bahamas. Emmitt-Nershi Band – January 28th – The Bluebird Theatre

Saturday’s Emmitt-Nershi Band show at The Bluebird looks like it flew under many people’s radar as The Motet’s “Best Of Halloween” show over on the other side of town drew the biggest buzz of the night. Turns out the lack of buzz didn’t matter much as the Colorado Bluegrass faithful flocked to the Bluebird in droves and packed the place to hear the band blend String Cheese Incident and Leftover Salmon songs with a colorful variety of both originals and surprising covers. The boys amazed newcomers while satisfying their long time faithful.
