  • The Ogden was packed to the rafters with veteran fans last week when Phish frontman Trey Anastasio and his Funk fueled band opened their Winter Tour in Denver with a pair of shows. Some, like Trey Anastasio and String Cheese Incident, were more or less ticketed affairs that saw lines stretch around the block and scalpers get top-dollar for wristbands. Others, like Tuesday's intimate acoustic set with Mike Doughty, are much more mellow, laid back events. Though it only lasted 30 minutes, the ten song set showcased Doughty then and now and satisfied the hardcore fans in attendance.
