After playing a long game of “hurry up and wait” with the audience, Bootsy Collins brought the funk to the Boulder Theater last night. Thought it would have played out a little better on a Friday or Saturday night, they doled out the hits and Bootsy lived up to his outrageous reputation as he threw a P-Funk Party like only he ever could.
