“We regret to announce that 2012’s Re:Generation Festival has been cancelled.
All customers who have purchased tickets will automatically receive a full refund, which will be issued to the card used on the original order or payment.
The refund process is underway, and you should see the credit within the next 5-7 days, if not sooner.
If you do not see the credit by May 18 then please contact us via email, support@fgtcustomerservice.com
We are sorry, and thank you all for your support of STS9!”
