State Bridge Lodge Lives! Grand Re-Opening June 10-12

Check out www.statebridge.com, where you’ll see that the newly revitalized lodge has a couple concert events already planned

  • Our inaugural weekend, Campout for the Cause III, May 28-30, featuring Elephant Revival, Great American Taxi, Shakedown Street, and a lot of local favorites.
  • The Grand Opening Weekend, June 10-12, featuring Leftover Salmon, June 12.

The cabins and yurts have been renovated and refurnished, and are looking great. They have already sold out for the Grand Opening, but you can still reserve for the Campout by calling 970-653-0113. The  online reservation system should be online later this week.

Music has always been a part of my life. It probably all started listening to old Grateful Dead, Peter Paul & Mary, and Simon & Garfunkel records that my parents had, but it wasn't long before they were taking me to concerts like Starship, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Huey Lewis & The News. I got the bug to write about music after reviewing an Eric Clapton concert for a creative writing project in high school but didn't really take it up seriously until 2002.
