Live Nation and Euphonic Conceptions Present RE:CREATION featuring Shpongle (Simon Posford DJ Set), Alex Grey & Allyson Grey, Random Rab and Govinda with Visuals by Johnathan Singer.

Shpongle is an English psychedelic music project formed in 1996.  The group includes Simon Posford (aka Hallucinogen) and Raja Ram (one third of The Infinity Project).  The duo are considered to be one of the progenitors of the psybient genre – a genre combining world music with psychedelic trance and ambient.

Alex Grey is an American visionary artist, author, teacher, and Vajrayana practitioner. His body of work spans a variety of forms including performance art, process art, installation art, sculpture, visionary art, and painting.. He and his wife Allyson Grey have collaborated on performance art and live-painting on stage throughout the world.   They are also the co-founders of The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (CoSM), a non-profit church supporting Visionary Culture in Wappingers Falls, New York.

Emerging from his own distinct corner of the West Coast electronic music scene, Random Rab offers a powerful and unique contribution to sonic exploration. Often referred to as “The Master of Emotion” his music is patently beautiful and melodic. With diverse influences ranging from trip-hop, classical and Arabic to bass driven compositions, his songs are considered anthemic and timeless.

Govinda is the alter-ego of Austin based producer/composer Shane Madden. From experiences learning violin with mysterious masters on his journeys across the globe and his passion for modern design and technology, the current sound of Govinda was born. The Govinda live show is truly a multi-sensory experience.

Johnathan Singer began performing real-time multimedia light shows for the musicians he’d meet. Pushing the boundaries of technology, his performances lead to a new art form incorporating computer-generated images, texture maps, custom 3D animations and special effects to inspire his audiences visual and auditory experience.

Nate Todd

Nate Todd was born on the central plains of Nebraska, but grew up on the high plains of the Texas panhandle. With not much to do in either place, music was his constant companion. His parents dubbed the first two albums he ever owned onto a tape for him. Side A was Bert and Ernie’s Sing Along. Side B was Sgt. Peppers. His lifelong love affair with music started early as he practically grew up in a Rock & Roll band, with his father and uncle often taking him out on the road or into the studio with them. Nate began performing live at sixteen and hasn’t looked back, having played in numerous bands from L.A. to Austin. At the age of twenty he was bitten by the writing bug, and upon moving to Denver decided to pursue a degree from Metropolitan State University where he recently graduated with a B.A. in English and a minor in Cinema Studies.
