Denver Botanic Gardens’ celebrated Summer Concert Series presented by UMB Bank returns for 2017 with a diverse lineup worthy of one of Denver’s most beloved and anticipated summer traditions. Get ready to lay out your blanket and feel the grass between your toes, as you and your friends toast the summer during what promises to be another triumphant season!

The 2017 Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Series, presented by UMB Bank, takes place at two venues synonymous with superior outdoor live music experiences: the UMB Amphitheater at York St.’s urban oasis and at Chatfield Farms. The series was named “Best Concert Series” by Westword in 2016. It is known to music lovers for delivering some of the world’s most sought-after artists presented in settings that embody the finest of Colorado has to offer.

Audience  favorites such as The Mavericks and José González return this year to cement their place with fans. Meanwhile, Taj Mo': The Taj Mahal and Keb’ Mo’ Band, Stephen Stills & Judy Collins, and Béla Fleck & The Flecktones and The Chick Corea Elektric Band present artists well known to Denver Botanic Gardens concertgoers in new musical contexts.

Artists new to the series this year include the Chris Thile-led Punch Brothers and alt-country innovators Lucero.
