Day three of the Bohemian Nights Festival featured performances from another cadre of Colorado bands including, Bop Skizzum, Otis Taylor Band, The Motet, John-Alex Mason’s Jook Joint Thunderclap, Dovekins, and more! Check out some photos from around the festival now.
Overall, despite the chilly temperatures, the crowd seemed to be having a great time up and down the mall. There were kids everywhere and plenty of adults having their fun on a Saturday afternoon in the city. Sure, it wasn’t a cutting edge line-up, but there was a little something for everyone at this year’s Denver Day of Rock.
The first LOHI Music Festival opened it’s gates on a sunny afternoon last Friday. While the crowd was fairly sparse early in the evening, as the sun started to set, people rolled in from all directions to enjoy the funky sounds that were emanating from the typically vacant lot. This was a great little festival that will hopefully return for an encore later this summer or next year to get some of the kinks ironed out.
