The Durango Blues Train Steams Out Of The Station This Weekend!

Estimated read time 9 min read

In this day and age it’s not very often that you get to ride on a coal fired, steam powered train through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. While reports were that the room sounded pretty good, the energy was diluted a bit without a sweaty crush of bodies pressing up against the stage.

A rough and raw acoustic power house, The Devil Makes Three brought their unique Bluegrass hybrid to the very packed Larimer Lounge this past weekend. The show read “Sold Out” on the website for weeks and the Facebook event page and Craigslist alike were littered with ticket requests. It would suffice to say that a larger venue is in order the next time these guys stop in Denver.
