The Disco Biscuits – June 3rd – Red Rocks Amphitheatre

After three rowdy nights at The Ogden Theatre, anticipation levels were high to see if The Disco Biscuits could finally deliver a Red Rocks performance for the ages. While they have had some memorable moments, the band had yet to play the front-to-back classic on The Rocks. With how well the band had been playing of late, and with how unbelievably good the previous three nights were, fans were confident this was their year and, to their delight, that confidence was rewarded with easily the best show the band had played at Red Rocks to date.

The Disco Biscuits – June 1st – The Ogden Theatre

A sold-out crowd was fired up and ready to go last Thursday night at The Ogden Theatre for Trancefusion-Rock pioneers, The Disco Biscuits. Anticipation levels were extremely high heading into this Bisco Inferno run and the band did not disappoint. Undeterred by the heat and sweat that comes with a sold out show in June at The Ogden, TDB fans were treated to an epic performance that easily ranks among the best in recent memory for the band.

A packed house was ready to get their UMerica on and celebrate 4th of July weekend with jamband juggernauts Umphrey’s McGee and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead at America’s favorite outdoor concert venue. After a stellar Saturday night, expectations were high but there were nothing but smiles and good vibes on The Rocks and the sold-out crowd was treated to a dazzling display of masterful playing by both bands.

Nothing is quite as magical as Red Rocks on a perfect Summer’s Night. Unfortunately for The Disco Biscuits they seem to be followed by cold, rain, snow, or any other number of weather issues that would discourage just about any other band from ever leaving the house. Ween – February 12th – 1stBank Center

To say there was a nervous level of anticipation bouncing around the 1stBank Center on Friday would be an understatement. After more than a four year hiatus, Ween was back and fans were lined up early and wrapped around the building for a chance to once again worship at the foot of The Boognish. A sold-out crowd braved the cold and the craziness of New Year’s Eve to ring in the New Year with their favorite jamband stalwarts, Umphrey’s McGee at The Fillmore Auditorium. Judging by the long line that wrapped around the building before doors opened, anticipation levels were high to see what kind of celebratory shenanigans the band had planned. More than six hours after doors opened, the night came to a close and everyone was satisfied as 2016 got off to a raging start.

Trey Anastasio Band – November 13th – Fillmore Auditorium

A sold-out crowd poured into The Fillmore last Friday night to catch a glimpse of jam royalty as Phish guitarist and king of the jamband scene, Trey Anastasio, brought his seven piece band to town. 2015 has been a busy year for Trey; whether it was helping to deliver Phish’s best summer tour of the last two decades or filling in for Jerry Garcia with The Grateful Dead for their 50th anniversary shows, the jam icon has had perhaps his most prolific year of his distinguished career.
