Disco Biscuits – April 18th – Ogden Theatre

After what can only be described as an epic night on The Rocks, The Disco Biscuits headed back to The Ogden for their 4th and final performance of the weekend. After such an amazing night on the rocks, both the crowd and band were anxious to close things out with a bang and The Biscuits did not disappoint. “Denver is on FIRE right now” were the words Marc Brownstein touted before getting things going and it seems the band was dedicated to keeping that fire burning for at least one more night.

Billy And The Kids – April 20th – Ogden Theatre

With so many out and about in Denver to celebrate the 4/20 “holiday,” mellow vibes quickly turned to desperation as the box office attendant posted the “Sold-Out” sign in front of the iconic Ogden Theatre. While it may have been a surprise to some that a band making their Denver debut on a Monday night sold-out the 1,700 person theater, the performance Billy and The Kids turned in showed why it’s always smart to grab your tickets in advance.

After two rowdy nights of Bisco madness at The Ogden the thoughts for many shifted from setlists to weather reports. With cold temperatures, rain, and even snow threatening things at Red Rocks for a collaboration between The Disco Biscuits, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart of The Grateful Dead, fans of both bands wondered exactly what was going to happen up there? Despite the weather not cooperating, fans bundled up and brought the energy level through the roof as they were treated to a night of music nobody will soon forget.
