Lettuce – May 14th – Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Estimated read time 1 min read

Stalwarts of the scene, Lettuce, showed up at Red Rocks last Friday to deliver their 3rd annual “Rage Rocks” to a rabid crowd. Ten men strong, the stage was full all night and got damn near crowded as the band invited some big name guests to the stage. Note worthy support was provided by Turkuaz, who brought everyone to their feet as soon as they took the stage. From the get-go the vibe in the venue had a fever like it must have when James Brown graced a stage; people just couldn’t help but get down!

Progressive old school. What does that even mean? But it also means taking those classic, danceable elements, and adding a few new tricks. Space Orphan will hit you in your soul and keep you dancing at the same time.
