Days three and four of the festival featured music from everyone from Matisyahu to Big Gigantic and while there were several massive thunderstorms, they didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd or our team of reviewers and photographers. Saturday morning kicked-off with a potluck breakfast and by the time Sunday evening's epic rainstorm rolled around our team was already planning for next year! -

With acts ranging from The Weir, Robinson, Greene Acoustic Trio, to the electro madness of Pretty Lights, the festival offered something for everyone. The Listen Up Denver! crew had such a blast that we are going to split our report into two articles. The first focuses on days one and two of the festival, and there is more to come. These two circles, live music, and people who know what in the hell a Silver Surfer Vaporizer actually is, most definitely overlap and for some the circles don’t exist independently. Listen Up Denver! had the chance to catch up with Matt Epp, Director of SSV’s Artist Relations Department, and he told us how SSV began getting involved with live music. -
Bridging The Music & Cervantes’ Support Local Music With Free Drink Monday Madness!

Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom and Cervantes' Other Side have been working with Bridging the Music to bring Denver a taste of homegrown music. For the last 6 weeks now, every single Monday at The Other Side, talented bands of various genres have been battling it out to win a spot in the final round.
