The Wood Brothers brought warmth and comfort to their Denver audience on what was a glacial evening last Saturday at the Gothic. Together, they are a special kind of live act: you might not have heard of them before, but within minutes of joining their audience you’ll feel like you’ve been a fan for many years.

John Fogerty – October 15th – Fillmore Auditorium

Estimated read time 3 min read

The ambiance at The Fillmore for last Tuesday’s “An Evening with John Fogerty” was much calmer than usual with a crowd who was relaxed and seated, in actual chairs, on the floor. Though the audience may have been laid-back, the music was not, and Fogerty got his tame yet loyal crowd hyped up on their trip down memory lane. With a 2-hour performance that covered the old, the new and the unpredictable, we can come to one conclusion: Good Golly, he’s still got it.
